2. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Times

2.1 Transit Times
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is generally in transit for 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday).

2.2 Handling Times
After placing your order, we require 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing and packaging. During this time, our team ensures that your products are securely prepared for shipment.

2.3 Order Cut-Off Times
Orders received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable delivery of your products. The carrier assigned to your shipment depends on your location, the size of your order, and the selected shipping method.

3.2 Delivery Days
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your delivery date falls on a holiday, your package will be delivered on the next business day.

3.3 Delivery Locations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to monitor your package’s progress in real time.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Undeliverable Packages
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

5.2 Lost or Damaged Shipments
While we strive to ensure that every package reaches its destination safely, there may be rare instances of loss or damage during transit. If you encounter such issues, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details.

5.3 Delivery Delays

6. Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes requested after your order has been dispatched may not be accommodated.
